STUDY ISSUES

asked by ArunJoy

Heyy!!dont worry about your back papers. Its all part and parcel of the game !!
Don't be so much worried about that :)
Just focus on your study. Things will turn right, you have to be persistent in your study. No one will make it happen only you are responsible for your success and failure. Success comes after failure.
This is only a phase, a part of life. This will change with time. Do not lose Hope.

Make a Timetable on daily basis and try to study your first year kt/back paper daily, try solving previous years question papers,if you are having back in Maths or Mechanics, first understand the concepts and formulae and practice sums on daily basis, never give up on anything.

Being an Engineering student,I too had went through the same patch as you are,but just study a bit harder, make timetable and learn your back papers and current semester paper as per the timetable, join a good classes if you are not able to learn yourself.

And regarding your second query that about your classmates, feel free to express yourself, might be your an introvert or you are not able to Learn to live with yourself. There will always be people out there who are willing to love you and embrace you as a person but you first need to become the person you're capable of being before seeking friendships. One thing I always say is, you don't have to have friends to be happy. You have to be happy with yourself first. Even if you did have friends, if you weren't happy with yourself, you'd still be unsatisfied. Spend time with yourself first & then friends will find you!

SPEKER

asked by namanjaloria

hi,
Take every opportunity to speak in front of a group, and ignore negative reactions.
A short sentence of introduction, a paragraph about your thoughts on a topic, a page about your thoughts on a topic. Perfection really does come with practice.
The long answer - join public speaking groups like Toastmasters. Try a few groups until you find one you feel comfortable with.
There are certain structures that audiences love - you will get help to identify these.
Be confident and practice well, and speak from your heart not like a presentation.

stage fear

asked by Thaseen RazaMOhammed

Talk to yourself. Whatever you're thinking about, speak it up. Look in the mirror, and speak confidently as if you were speaking in front of a hundred people. Everyone has a stage fright, the extent may vary but everyone on the planet is afraid of facing others.
Meet people who have better communication skills. Observe their way of talking. Discuss stuff with them. Work hard on grooming up yourself.
Be confident, the fear will sweep away with practice and self-confident.

HOW CAN WE OVERCOME INFERIORITY COMPLEX?

asked by MohamedRizwan

The real cause of inferiority complex has little to do with reality and more to do with how we process it, namely our mind and the thoughts it invents to interpret reality.

A popular believe to overcoming this kind of "dis-ease" is to instead try to focus your mind to tell you that the opposite is true.
For example if your thoughts are telling you "I'm a loser and therefore worthless" you should instead give yourself appreciation and positive affirmations. I don't think this works at all!
2.There is no such theory of how to deal with inferiority complex. If one has self-pride, he/she can standup against anything.
Good Luck, gain Confidence, try to learn from others rather and be confident in your own skills. You have to be odd to be number one.
Hope it helps.

how to overcome shyness

asked by Satyamchetkar

You feel conscious because you feel if you ask the question which is not deemed worthy by your peers or teacher then you may become a laughing stock, the way others view you is important to you , if you get free of that feeling nothing can ever scare you.
To remove this fear you must always remember that what people think about you is none of your business. If you don't clear your doubts it will be YOU who will suffer the consequences. Don't care if people think you ask stupid questions. Try to remove this fear by talking to your teachers. Ask your teachers in private if you just can't remove this fear.

how to attending interview...?

asked by sureshkumar

i would just say be confident and give it ur best.. also prepare well for gd, aptitude, technical and hr.. i got placed in amazon.. this is the things i followed.. good luck

answered by deekshads, 6 months ago. [ 24th - Feb, 2017 ]

It is normal to have fear of unknown or fear if your expectations are not met. here are some tips that can help you while attending the interview
1. Physcologically when you feel fear, The body is actually making you mentally prepared to face the situation so it sends some signals like sweat, restlessness, confusion which looks like side effects when it is preparing to face the challenge, so what you can do is allow the thoughts of fear and anxiety to let go, don respond, dont react just stay silent or distract yourself in doing some thing.
2. Focus on Giving your best to achieve your goal, because there is 50% chance of winning and 50% chance of losing. Just focus on giving sincere effort like preparing for the interview in advance, knowing about the company and its highlighting test, undergo exams . Just focus on giving your best. dont focus completely on results and try to mentally prepare yourself to fail. in that way your expectations and energy will be saved.
