Hello Chetna,

If you have multiple recipients as BCC none of them will know other recipients email ids. They can only see their name in Bcc: field of an email.

Hie,
Avoid using number like 1234 in your email I'd,as its not looking so professional.
You can instead use you DOB or year(starting two digit only)
Or just use tinu.ranjan@gmail.com(if it's available)
Try not to put 3-4 digits with your name in your email id.

how to create professional signature ?

Your Name

Title (optional), Company (linked to website)/LinkedIn url

Phone number

If you're a working employee then you have to insert your job title and company name
Whereas if you are a student or fresher,just put your LinkedIn url.
Don't put your email id in the signature and don't ever make the signature longer than 3-4 lines
You can take reference from the above syntax

Additionally, you can also insert your blog o website link,if you have any.
And you can use signature template if you want, just Google it, through which you can add more customized signature,but be assured that you keep it simple with not more than 3-4 line,and if you are putting your social media link,be sure that it have the professional work of yours

No the person who is in BCC while you have sent email,will not be able to view the reply from the person who is in sent and cc.

Using multiple fullstop is not advisable while attaching any documents in mail,follow the steps in the training and you can write a good email application for job/internship/studies.
You can use your own ideas to make it better,but make sure that the application remains formal if you are writing to any job/internship/foreign university
