HR Intern


• Engaging in recruitment, selection, staffing, and other HR activities
• Handling admin responsibilities
• Screening, and interviewing the candidates
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process
• Calling Colleges/students to invite for various programs.
• Reporting feedback and contact details of each inquiry.
• Making the inquiry & internship related daily reports.
• Telephonic follow-ups to the walk-ins after the counselling walk-ins.
• Good communication skills, enthusiastic, energetic, go-getter, pleasant personality.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
• Fluent in English
• Should be able to work with a Team.
• Qualifications-Graduate, BBA/BBM, Other Post Graduate, PG Diploma, MBA/PGDM
• Experience-Freshers
