Roles & Responsibilities:
Counselling students on the Courses available
Undertaking group as well as individual counselling sessions
Handling Telephonic & E-mail Enquiries
Following up with the students via email and phone calls
Keeping records and utilising reporting tools / Maintaining MIS
Required Skills
Education - (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) and (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required). Freshers are most welcome
Excellent English Communication Skills
