Job description
 Responsible for Face to face counseling, data calling, chat, e-mail, walk-ins, on campus counseling to prospective leads.
 Giving warm and courteous welcome to students and parents ensuring a magnificent first impression.
 Create a positive brand image and awareness among potential students & parents.
 Have a fair understanding of the facilities provided by the enterprise and ensure proper handling of all queries of the parents/ students.
 Responsible for achieving student enrollment targets in the assigned vertical.
 Coordinating with telesales team and mapping conversions on a day to day basis.
 Converting the leads to admissions.
 Responsible for upkeep of data and business aesthetics.
 Effective follow up on the leads on a regular basis.
 Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.
