HR Hiring Intern


The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:

1. Recruitment Strategies
- Draw strategy for hiring
- Optimise use of various portals and models

2. Execution of recruitment strategies
- Build brand
- Build and leverage relationship and brand with various institutes, job fairs etc.
- Sourcing profiles, interviewing them to shortlist
- Complete involvement from start to end of hiring process and leading it from front
- Proper daily documentation and report out
- Open to travel within city and within India

3. Hiring Process improvement
- Reduce and optimise hiring cycle
- Reduce and optimise hiring cost
- Challenge status Quo

4. Other HR related tasks. Employee process management, issues resolution and ensuring proper documentation

5. Manage other tasks assigned from time to time

6. Candidate should be open for traveling within the city and on short trips to other cities

7. Candidate should be open to work on this role for long term.
