Responsibilities

Managing all ground operations needed for onboarding the home service providers.
Supervising Associates and managing a team of field folks under them.
Interacting with various stakeholders in the value chain from a provider to a customer.
To meet service providers who will be dealing online/offline, understanding their thought process around online bookings, inclination on getting on-boarded to the platform.
To work on strategies to target the service provider segments.
To manage a team and increase the throughput of the process.
Developing and working on service/customer strategies.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree-pursuing student of MBA or equivalent from a top college or university
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English.
A team worker having the ability to manage the resources.
