HR Intern


About the Internship:
The intern will be working on various aspects in the HR Department including but not limited to:

1. Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment
2. Identifying hiring needs, handling recruitment, creating job descriptions, developing recruitment plans and other recruitment related documents, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and employee selection
3. Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotions and benefits

Roles And Responsibilities:
1. Source talent from various portals
2. Find and hire the correct talent as per individual departmental requirement
3. Maintain relations with employees and address queries/issues faced by them
