The Business Analyst would be required to play simulation games individually, in tournaments, go through the manuals, demo videos, etc, and provide inputs on the experience of game playing, ease of navigation, understanding of the reports, and any bugs that they find.

The simulation games are on management subjects like Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Operations and OB/HR. They have the enviable job of verifying that the simulations mirror actual business conditions.

This is a critical role for the company to maintain a high quality of games being developed for some of the top B-Schools in the world.
