Sales & Marketing Intern for FMCG

Description

Relevant experience in selling FMCG products in any category like Pulses, Sugar, Rice, Beverages, Cosmetics etc.

Must have good convincing & selling skills. Ability to understand customer needs. Good knowledge of Food Products products. Meets or exceeds specified sales goals. Produces sales reports for managers. Must be patient with customers who have many questions.

Should handle the customer and demonstrated the product and explain the USPs of the product & how its better than others.

Coordinate with assigned stores, check and maintain stock with them, take orders for out of stock items, and forward the same to dispatch team for delivery.

Ensure that the delivery of items is done timely.

Check the stock fill rate by coordinating with the store and forward to dispatch if an article is out of stock.

Keep a check on the stock display at the assigned stores and ensure that the products' visibility is high. If necessary, guide the store manager for ways to increase product visibility and sales.

Should be responsible for sales target given to him/her.

Should maintain good relation with customer & communicate in English & Hindi both.

Should be comfortable working in startup environment & according to SuperMarket timings till 9:30-10 PM.
