Description
We are looking for an open-minded individual with a can-do attitude to join our passionate team. You will support our editorial and development team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with team are essential qualities. This job profile does not require any prior work experience and is open for freshers.Responsibilities:• Manage and grow social media integration and community engagement our portals• Communicate user feedback and suggestions to our product and editorial team• Help editorial team to publish content using our Content Management System• Build and execute an effective moderation process to combat spam on community forums• Help set direction and communicate community policyQualifications:• Internet addict with a positive self-starter attitude• Knowledge about the Internet, social media, ecommerce and Web 2.0.• Ability to learn and adapt to work with our Content Management System and web publishing tools• Excellent written and verbal communication• Ability to establish new process where required and leverage our existing methods for managing and publishing content. Must be comfortable using web-based tools and technology.• Proficient in working with Microsoft Office and Google Documents• Online community and forums experience a plus• Project management and web technology skills a plus• Knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus
