SPRAT is an awarded NGO that uses contemporary management and information technologies. It is supported by Microsoft, Google, Autodesk, inter alia.
The longer the term, the greater the preference. The candidates either bringing in industry experience or putting in 3-months of internship with us, are most likely to be offered a regular job.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include some of the following:
PRIMARY: Architecture and Engineering, that may include some of these: Designing and drafting, working drawings, modeling, site visit, landscaping, utilities including MEP, interior design, science artifacts/models for superstructures.
SECONDARY: A range of management areas to choose from. These will empower you as a professional / entrepreneur and may include some of these: HR, Presentations, Event Management, Web/print Content, Video making/editing, Graphics, WordPress/SharePoint, Basic Accounting & Finance, Science popularization, etc.
SPRAT's Internship comes in two formats
For Residential (immersive) Interns, SPRAT provides free boarding, lodging, basic recreation, 24-hr internet, and reimburses all work-related expenses including local transport and mobile usage, in lieu of cash stipend. Such interns usually commit 2 hours of extra learning and productivity and receive vastly more learning opportunities.
For Non-residential Interns, SPRAT may offer the stated stipend or free lunch and refund of 2-wheeler fuel cost. These interns must bring either prior hands-on experience or thorough knowledge of their chosen field.

What you will learn in this internshipConverting a barren agricultural plot of land to a throbbing and innovative farm office, residential educational complex and developing commercial agricultural facilities and adventurous living. Nearly everything in architecture and civil engineering. Plus a range of managerial and ICT skills, popular science [including star gazing and bird watching!] and knowledge management.
