Business Development Associate


1. Identify potential prospects for new customers by networking, cold calling, advertising etc.
2. Identify the decision makers and build the relationship within the customers and set up meetings.
3. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating commercials.
4. Drive Customer Success Outcomes by facilitating deals between in-house service providers and consumers.
5. Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell of services to end customers.
5. Recruit and source service professionals who can be part of the TheKnottyTales in-house services.
6. Influence future lifetime value through higher customer satisfaction.
7. Manage Customer Success Activities and formulate strategies to improve customer fulfilment.
8. Providing services to clients in the best possible way and conducting a best-fit analysis of vendors.
9. Ensure Timely Closures.
10. Act as a Single Point of Contact between the couple and the vendors.
11. Aggressive to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets/goal.
