Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
2. Meet with the managers to discuss their requirements
3. Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
4. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
5. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and matching the qualifications with job requirements
6. Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as required
