Event Description

The main objective of the programme is to equip the faculty members with fundamental and designing concepts of Cadence and Quantum-dot Cellular Automata (QCA) and Tanner. QCA is emerging concept in computational Nano technology for the realization of a computer using arrays of Nano scale QCA Cells. This facilitates rapid design, layout and simulation of QCA circuits. Also this workshop is to provide hands on experience on the state of the art EDA tools for VLSI Design. PROGRAMME OVERVIEW  Basics of EDA tools (Cadence, QCA and Tanner)  Design, Simulation, Parameter extraction and Layout generation using Cadence, QCA and Tanner.  Covers the complete UG / PG VLSI Lab Experiments.

Event Details/Highlights

RESOURCE PERSONS Experienced faculties from premier institutions / Industrial experts will deliver the lectures and handle the practical sessions. ACCOMMODATION Free boarding and lodging will be provided in the college hostel for the outstation participants. Travelling Allowance (TA) will be reimbursed to the out station participants as per AICTE norms. REGISTRATION Application either in the attached form or in a similar format duly sponsored by the concerned authority should be forwarded to the Coordinator through Post/Courier on or before 01st November 2019. Selected candidates will be intimated through email only. Only limited seats are available (About 40 seats).
